Clear information about what is processed, why and by whom.
The website is designed to minimise data collection. The enquiry planner creates an email in your own email application; it does not upload the answers to a website form database.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for business enquiries and correspondence is Ilya Mylin, sole proprietor in the republic of armenia. Privacy requests can be sent to ilyamylin@gmail.com or made by phone at +374 77 99 24 58.
2. Information you choose to send
The project planner can include your name, work email, company, website, target market, preferred reply method, project description and calculator estimate. Until you press “Continue in email app”, these details remain in your browser. Your email provider processes the message when you review and send it.
3. Why correspondence is used
Enquiry information is used to reply, understand the requested work, prepare a proposal, take steps before a possible contract, prevent abuse and keep reasonable business records. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated mailing lists without a separate choice.
4. Analytics and device storage
Google Analytics loads only after an affirmative “Accept analytics” choice. If accepted, Google may process page views, interactions, browser and device information and approximate location. The site stores the analytics preference in local storage. Choosing “Only necessary” prevents the analytics script from loading. See the Cookie Notice for details and controls.
5. Hosting and service providers
The hosting provider may process routine request logs needed to deliver and secure the site. Email and messaging providers process communications under their own terms. Google processes optional analytics only after consent. These providers may process information outside your country subject to their own safeguards.
6. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry correspondence is normally reviewed and deleted when it is no longer useful, usually within three years of the last meaningful contact. Contract, invoice and transaction records may be kept longer where law or legitimate record-keeping requires it.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal data is held, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw analytics consent for future visits. Rights depend on the law that applies to your situation. Send a request to ilyamylin@gmail.com; identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed.
8. Applicable frameworks
The business is operated from the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian Law on Protection of Personal Data is relevant to its processing. Visitors in other jurisdictions may have additional rights, including under UK data-protection law where applicable.
9. Changes
This notice will be updated when the enquiry flow, analytics, providers or business details materially change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
This notice is a practical transparency document and is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to a specific project or jurisdiction.
